Return Policy Native Xpressions does not offer returns or warranties nor enforces a return policy. We depend on our artists to develop their own return policy. We do recommend to all customers that they return any item(s) to you within three days of receipt to be considered for a refund. It is up to the artist to determine whether or not to distribute full refunds. Offering buyers a standard refund percentage for all items is recommended. Liability Native Xpressions is not liable for any items shipped by a Native Xpressions artist to the buyer which may have been lost or damaged during shipment. We recommend that all Native Xpressions Artists obtain shipping insurance to ensure that items are covered in the event that any instance may occur. Native Xpressions does not accept liability for any items sold that may have been misrepresented in any way whether the issue is of product quality or timeliness of shipment or any other misrepresentation. We do, however, ask to be notified if such instances occur as Native Xpressions wants to represent the utmost quality in artwork and shipment practices. If your Ship To address does not match the address of the Paypal account used, you may be subject to a $5.00 returned item fee. Etiquette We want all members of the Native Xpressions Community feel welcome and comfortable while using communication tools provided by Native Xpressions including, but not limited to, chat rooms, profile/gallery comments and forums. By accepting this agreement, I consent to the following: 1. I will not verbally abuse, attack, embarrass, or threaten anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, derogatory remarks regarding race, gender and sexual orientation. 2. I will not use obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit language. 3. When communicating with members privately through tools such as instant messaging, I will be considerate in regards to what may be considered as obscene language according to the member I am communicating with. 4. Any spamming or continued communicaton after a member has requested a cease in communication is not permitted. Confidentiality All information accessible to me as a member of Native Xpressions is confidential. I will not share or sell any information I receive through the Native Xpressions Community. This includes, but is not limited to, an Artist's personal information such as an email address. Copyright Native Xpressions is the copyright owner of all data/images on the Native Xpressions website unless otherwise noted. Artists who post data/images on the Native Xpressions website are copyright owners of the information posted or have been authorized by the copyright owner to post the material. Information posted on the Native Xpressions website may not be sold, reproduced, publicly displayed or altered without permission from the appropriate copyright owner. Staying Connected with Native Xpressions I do authorize Native Xpressions to send me update emails regarding the Native Xpressions Community. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletter and notifications of exclusive member discounts/offers. Native Xpressions does not share your personal information with any third parties. Your contact information will soley used by Native Xpressions to keep you connected with what's going on in the Native Xpressions Community; it will not be used for solicitation. Any unauthorized advertisements will be removed. Discrimination Native Xpressions does not want to support or perpetuate the media/society's idea of who a "real" Native American is. We support today's Native American while spreading awareness through worldwide exposure of who "real" Native Americans are. We welcome all Native Brothers and Sisters to our Artist Community regardless of gender, sexual orientation, religion or skin color. As a member of the Native Xpressions community we expect that you will give our Artists the same respect. While Native Xpressions does support discussions on any topics related to Native America, we do not support discrimination against Natives based on blood quantum whether the question of quantum is fact or perceived. Since all Natives are required to submit proof of Native lineage to be able to sell their artwork they should be given the proper respect. Age Verification By accepting this agreement, I am verifying that I am 18 years of age or older. Amendment of Terms Native Xpressions reserves the right to amend these terms at our discretion. In the case that terms have been amended, all members will receive notification via email of the changes made. Native Xpressions reserves the right to suspend/terminate membership at its sole discretion. Any violation of the above accepted terms may lead to suspension and/or possible termination of membership. In either case, refunds will not be granted.
