Countryside Engagement

A long, long time ago, two girls grew up together…

— going to school, attending tea parties — and then these two girls grew up. One chased some dreams and became a photographer, the other found the love of her life. Last week these two girls got to reunite!

Ok, ok enough with the sappy stuff. Basically, it was the COOLEST thing ever to get to photograph my childhood friend’s, Victoria, engagement! And in our home town of Seville, FL nonetheless. We walked around Victoria’s grandparents property, talked about the office, and I got some genuine laughs out of Brian — who happened to actually have a ton of fun! Here are a few of my favorites…

Hawaiian Anniversary Session

Hawaiian Anniversary Session

Randie Megan and David have been married for five years, have two of the sweetest girls, and basically just overflow with love for one another. We met up at Haleiwa Beach Park on the oh so breathtaking island of Oahu. We hugged and said hello, then made our way down to the beach. PS THERE ARE MOUNTAINS.

St. Augustine Historic District Engagement

St. Augustine Historic District Engagement

These two oh my gosh. I met up with Jimmie and Hillary at the Kookaburra in downtown Saint Augustine for coffee before their engagement session. We mainly met there to get some AC before walking around the city cause Florida summer heat is NO JOKE. We had some delicious coffee (iced of course) and chatted about their love story before hitting the streets.

Intimate Big Sur Destination Wedding

Intimate Big Sur Destination Wedding

Her and David had decided to do something a little different and get married in Big Sur on Pheiffer Beach. David's uncle married them, her mother Carole planned almost every aspect of the wedding, and they were surrounded by 31 of their closest family and friends on the most epic beach as they said their vows. Wanting to keep things intimate and more so "in the family", they chose to ask me to capture it all. God. Is. Good.
